quality and environment
With a high degree of quality awareness, we are mindful of our responsibility to our customers both for vehicle conversions as well as vehicle constructions when it comes to paintwork. Therefore, you can be certain that you will receive a product that is based on competent procedure documentation and accompanying testing which fully meets your requirements.
We base all of our actions on the specifications of ISO 9001:2015 as well as a Mercedes-specific initial assessment by SNCH Luxemburg. Our welding processes, especially those that play a major role in the body and chassis area, have been certified by DVS Zert to be in line with DIN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 and EN 1090-2:2018, Exc 2.
Insofar as we use purchased parts from our suppliers, these parts are subjected to a comprehensive and documented incoming goods inspection. All work steps in the individual areas are documented via checklists and can thus be traced back over several years.
In these times where protecting the climate is so important, we place great value on sustainability and conserving resources with the goal of CO²-free production and then in step with this, certification as per ISO 14001:2015.

Explanation of „REACh“
Information on the Regulation “(EC) No. 1907/2006 Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals – REACH”
The REACH Regulation stipulates that all chemical products that are produced in quantities of more than 1 ton per year may only be marketed in the European Union if they have previously been pre-registered or registered via the “ECHA” (European Chemicals Agency).
BICKEL-TEC GmbH does not produce any materials in line with this regulation.
In addition, we can also confirm that all the types of products in the area of truck conversion and bodiess that are produced by BICKEL-TEC GmbH do not contain any substances in concentrations over the permitted limit values which were published by the “ECHA” (European Chemicals Agency) in the so-called candidate list as a “Substance of Very High Concern = SVVHC) with a concentration of > 0.1 %.
In the interests of both ourselves and our customers, BICKEL-TEC keeps a hazardous substances register that records the chemicals and hazardous materials used and it is constantly updated.
Naturally, we are available for any questions you may have about this.
