BICKEL-TEC hereby extends the business area with the construction of platform trailers for the transport of aerial work platforms, forklifts and construction machinery.
3-axle steered platform trailer from BICKEL-TEC GmbH
- 3 steered axles with hydraulic forced steering. Wireless, hydraulic remote steering. 1 axle as a lift axle.
- Trailer with a very low net weight, thus high payload.
- A total of 62 lashing rings each for 7.5 tons
- Heavy duty perforated plate made from fine-grained steel complete with an anti-slip covering. The perforated plate enables countless 2.5 ton rigging options.
- Load surface can be raised and lowered hydraulically to load the goose neck. Suitable for transport in a raised and loaded state up to a max. of 10 tons. Inclination approx. 6° without additional support.
- Side panels can be inserted, 400 mm on the goose neck up to the inclination.
- Selection of 2 front wall heights.
- Selection of 2 ramp widths 750 + 900mm with 8° ramp inclination.
- Integrated battery pack with charger comes standard for independent loading and unloading even without a tractor unit.
- Trailer completely blasted and spray-galvanized. Ramps coated with KTL.
- Tested lashing as well as anti-slip certificate of the load surface.
- Certified frictional coefficient and lashing point calculations as per VDI 2700, Sheet 14 and DIN EN 12195-1
- Certified calculations for the lashing points in the platform body and in the perforated plate
- Made in Germany.
