With the retirement of Karl-Heinz Körber due to age on March 31, 2022, the company was without an apprenticeship supervisor for the training areas of body and vehicle mechanics, automotive technology, and vehicle painters. K.-H. Körber had performed this function with great success as a vehicle master since 1977.
In cooperation with the Freiburg Chamber of Trades and Crafts (HWK), it was therefore necessary to recruit new training managers with appropriate professional experience and extensive training expertise on short notice. From the very beginning, it was clear that the functions could not be handled by just one person.
The new training managers are introduced below:
Frank Berger:

45 years old, structural mechanic, has been working at the company since January 1st, 2021 in the chassis department and is the deputy production manager. He was approved by the HWK as a skilled operations manager and training manager for the training professions of body and vehicle mechanic as well as the metal trade. Currently, 1 trainee is being supervised in the body and vehicle mechanic trade. There are additional training positions available.
Kevin Bruder:

29 years old, vehicle paint shop apprentice, employed at the company since 10/1/2020, has years of experience in vehicle painting. He was approved by the HWK as a craftsman manager and, under an exception permit, as an apprenticeship supervisor for the apprenticeship profession of vehicle painter. The apprenticeship leadership still requires the aptitude test. It is planned to have him trained as a master in the future. Currently, 1 trainee is being supervised. As of 09/01/2022, 3 new trainees will join the team. There are no additional apprenticeship positions available.
