The basis for all our activities is the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and a Mercedes-specific initial assessment by SNCH Luxembourg. In addition, we have had our welding processes, which play a major role particularly in the body and chassis sectors, qualified by DVS Zert in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 and EN 1090-2:2018, Exc 2.

Control and traceability
Insofar as we use purchased parts from our suppliers, these undergo a comprehensive and documented incoming goods inspection. All work steps in the individual areas are documented using checklists and can therefore be traced over many years.
Sustainability and resource conservation
In times of climate action, we also place great importance on sustainability and resource conservation with the goal of CO₂-free production and, in line with this, subsequent certification according to ISO 14001:2015.

Corporate governance
We are committed to ecologically and socially responsible corporate management. We expect the same behaviour from all our suppliers. We also require our employees to observe the principles of ecological, social and ethical behaviour and to integrate them into the corporate culture. Furthermore, we strive to continuously optimise our business practices and products in terms of sustainability and call upon our suppliers to contribute to this in the spirit of a holistic approach.
National and international standards
The Code of Conduct is based on national laws and regulations as well as international conventions such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Children's Rights and Business Principles, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the international labour standards of the International Labour Organization and the United Nations Global Compact. We expect our suppliers to comply with all relevant laws and regulations as well as the requirements of standards.
Explanation of „REACH.
Information on Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
The REACH Regulation stipulates that all chemical substances produced in quantities greater than 1 tonne per year may only be marketed in the European Union if they have previously been pre-registered or registered by the „ECHA“ (European Chemicals Agency).
BICKEL-TEC GmbH does not produce substances within the meaning of this Regulation.
Furthermore, we can confirm that all products of any kind manufactured by BICKEL-TEC GmbH in the field of lorry conversion and bodywork do not contain any substances in concentrations exceeding the permitted limits published by the ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) in the so-called candidate list as substances of very high concern (SVHC) at a concentration of > 0.1 %.
In our own interest and in the interest of our customers, BICKEL-TEC GmbH maintains a hazardous substances register in which the chemicals and hazardous substances used are recorded and continuously updated.
