{"id":1204,"date":"2023-09-02T16:07:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-02T16:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bickel-tec.com\/?p=1204"},"modified":"2026-07-23T16:10:28","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T16:10:28","slug":"september-2023-2-neue-auszubildende-bei-bickel-tec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bickel-tec.com\/fr\/september-2023-2-neue-auszubildende-bei-bickel-tec\/","title":{"rendered":"Septembre 2023 \u2013 2 nouveaux apprentis chez BICKEL-TEC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bei BICKEL-TEC 2 neue Azubis f\u00fcr den Beruf des&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumechanikers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wieder ein Bewerber \u00fcber das beschleunigte Fachkr\u00e4fteverfahren aus Marokko eingestellt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch im neuen Ausbildungsjahr 2023 ist es BICKEL GmbH, Rheinau-Helmlingen gelungen, 2 neue Auszubildende f\u00fcr den Beruf des Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumechanikers zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieser Ausbildungsberuf umfasst die Karosserieinstandsetzung, wie auch den Aufbau von Fahrzeugen inklusive Zusatzausstattung im Bereich Personenkraftwagen und Nutzfahrzeuge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Beruf, der trotz k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz (KI) auch k\u00fcnftighin viel menschliche Handwerksarbeit und Kreativit\u00e4t erfordert. Dabei ist die Antriebstechnik ohne Belang und bleibt ein zentrales Fundament auch bei Fahrzeugen der n\u00e4chsten Generation. Deshalb sind die sp\u00e4teren Berufsaussichten hervorragend und damit auch die Verdienstm\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zum zweiten Mal hat dabei die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung einen Bewerber \u00fcber das beschleunigte Fachkr\u00e4fteverfahren der Bundesregierung aus Marokko gewonnen. El Mehdi EL Amraoui, der bereits 27 Jahre alt ist, hatte bereits im Heimatland eine Ausbildung als Mechatroniker abgeschlossen, die aber in Deutschland nicht als gleichwertig anerkannt wird und m\u00f6chte sich jetzt in Deutschland im Fahrzeugbau weiterbilden. Das Fachkr\u00e4fteverfahren \u00fcber das Migrationsamt beim Landratsamt und die Deutsche Botschaft in Rabat ist zwar sehr aufw\u00e4ndig, aber in den wenigen Tagen seines Hierseins konnte bereits seine sehr positive Einstellung, sich weiteres &nbsp;Fachwissen anzueignen, festgestellt werden. Nach der erfolgreichen Ausbildung m\u00f6chte er dauerhaft in Deutschland bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der 2. Azubi, Youness Hamoud, 18 Jahre alt aus Kehl &nbsp;kommt direkt mit einem Hauptschulabschluss in die Berufsausbildung und hat auch ausl\u00e4ndische Wurzeln, ist aber deutscher Staatsangeh\u00f6riger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch er wurde vom Interesse getragen, sich handwerklich in einem Fachbetrieb ausbilden zu lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dabei kommt beiden Auszubildenden zugute, dass BICKEL-TEC als Vertragspartner von Daimler Truck AG ausschlie\u00dflich neue Nutzfahrzeuge nach Kundenwunsch in allen Ausstattungsbereichen umbaut. Au\u00dferdem werden in der Aufbauabteilung komplette Plattformen konstruiert, geschwei\u00dft und montiert zum Transport von Hubarbeitsb\u00fchnen, Gabelstapler und Baumaschinen.
